Final presentation of GRIB2 tile template with Q&A and questions about some SURFEX variables.

Matt presented a demo of how to use the tile template as well as brought up several parameters which required clarification. Presentation is here.

Presentation - demo section	Matt	Matt presented how the tile template works, and the various keys which must be encoded and how this is done in Python. This was well received. Trygve pointed out that one could add "ECOCLIMAP" (v1) as a land cover survey, and Matt agreed that there is no reason not to.

This essentially concludes preparation of the template and we will now submit this to WMO in the next fast track.

Søren and I will chat in the meantime to encode the output fully in GRIB2 with the data values and let you know if anything comes up.

Ulf will arrange a meeting early next week with Seb and I to discuss other parts of the portfolio.
