Does the model takes into account the influence of the forest? If yes, do they take into account the change in the forest area (deforestation)?

CORDEX models do take into account the forest coverage and their role in climate but there is no evolution of the forest area in the current generation of CORDEX model. This is in preparation in the so called FPS-LUCAS, preparing the future generation.
