Copernicus data are provided free of charge to users. However, each dataset comes with a license which needs to be validated by the user (once) before any data can be downloaded. If a dataset has been funded by theCopernicus Climate Change Service(C3S), the dataset is provided under theCopernicus license, otherwise it will be made available under the originating centre license.
