Since 2014, the work of migration has been ongoing at CMC. We have noted many issues related to the TAC2BUFR migration.
Canadian synop in BUFR will be examined in 2022-2023 for consideration in our NWP systems.
In February 2022, CMC has found stations being disseminated in TAC (re-encoded from BUFR) while their TAC were switched off a few years ago.
