Field data values.

An array of field values to be encoded in GRIB code or which have been decoded. If there is a bitmap in the GRIB message, this array contains missing data indicators at appropriate places. This array is accessible through the ecCodes key " values".

The value used to indicate a missing value must be supplied as a REAL value in PSEC3(2) (ecCodes key "missingValue") or as an INTEGER value in KSEC3(2) (key missingValue).

Although declared as REAL in GRIBEX, PSEC4 can contain INTEGER data. KSEC4(5) indicates whether values are integer or real.
