When using eccodes and pygrib to extract values of specified key from .grb2 file, I got this error. I ran the code on python3.7.4. Both OpenJPEG and jpeg have been installed with cmake, starman and miniconda respectively. And they have been added to the environment through .bashrc. I've no idea how to fix it. Would anyone like to give a hand?
