  • Saturday 1st January 2022 to Monday 3rd January 2022 inclusive


We encourage our users to make the most of of the self-help services available 24/7, the stepping stones in the C3S User Support journey (as per illustration):

  1. Virtual Assistant (Knowledge Duck) on the CDS (CVA)  
  2. Copernicus Knowledge Base (CKB)
  3. Copernicus User Support Forum (CUSF)


The C3S website and Climate Data Store services should be available during this period but will operate unsupported.


All user queries received during the periods mentioned above will be answered as soon as possible from Tuesday 4th January 2022
