Can I install the CDS Toolbox software on my own computer so that I can do data processing off-line?

    The CDS Toolbox software is meant to be executed in a very special environment, the CDS.

    So it is not possible to have it running locally.

    What may became possible at some point is to push and trigger execution of tools in the CDS cloud and fetch results. This in a similar way to what is done with the CDSAPI.
