Soil texture is another climate model field (invariant) which is not yet provided in the ERA5-Land catalogue.
You will have to look for it in the catalogue of ERA5 ("soil type" in https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/reanalysis-era5-single-levels? ) and use the IFS documentation CY45R1 (Fig 11.26 at https://www.ecmwf.int/en/elibrary/18714-part-iv-physical-processes) to find the type of soil corresponding to each value of the field.
At some point in the future, these fields will be available in the ERA5-Land documentation.
