Last month, we announced that ECMWF introduced a new upgrade (48R1) of the CAMS (Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service) global real-time data assimilation and forecasting system on 27 June 2023.

This upgrade introduced a number of new parameters and these are now available from the Atmosphere Data Store (ADS), and details are listed in the relevant tables (highlighted in green) of the CAMS global forecast documentation. Please note that only the ADS 'fast access' parameters are also available from the FTP service.
