I saw that the delay on the data is of 3 months. Is it possible to obtain the data of the last month (June and July)?

    Hello Iñigo,

    These 'recent' ERA5 data are not yet available as part of the ERA5 dataset. However, later this year, C3S will  be releasing 'rolling' updates to ERA5, called ERA5T;  You can see details of this (and other reanalysis datasets) at  https://climate.copernicus.eu/climate-reanalysis :

    "ERA5T

    Preliminary data for ERA5 will be published daily, within seven days from real-time, and stored in a separate dataset (ERA5T). This service will be available later in 2019"

    These data will be available via the CDS in the same way as the ERA5 data.
