I am getting large values for ssr (surface_net_downward_shortwave_flux). I have downloaded the Synoptic Monthly means for time steps 6hr and 12 hr for time 12:00:00.
And then I estimate the flux as (ssr12-ssr6)/(6*3600) in W/m2. Am I missing something?
