  1. Hi,

Thank you for your work in maintaining the toolbox. However, when I tried to run my applications this morning, I have encountered this error message that I haven't seen before:

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='download-0012.copernicus-climate.eu', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /cache-compute-0012/cache/data0/0f91c36b-f514-4266-9e15-f8e5f5270dd6.nc (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fe970e81f98>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution',))

The error occurrs when I attempt to print out a cube. My code was working yesterday and hasn't been changed, is this error code related to the update?

My code is in the location:

    Cheers,

    Mark

  2. Thanks Mark. Please try again - the issue should be fixed now.

  3. Thanks Anabelle. I have tried again and the retrieval command works for very small datasets (5 days worth of data) but fails for slightly larger ones (10 days). I have demonstrated this in my workbook:

    Thank you,

    Mark
