2023-07-13 ASPECT and CERISE data management meeting with DGOV

After last meeting, an action was set for Harris and Edu to create a set of sample data files. We started working on that, but that process triggered some questions about choices to make
With the aim to help the conversation progress and produce useful feedback for DGOV a discussion meeting between RD and C3S (Tim Stockdale, Stephanie Johnson, Harris Karvelis and Edu Penabad) was held

It was highlighted that meeting was probably not the best approach to this topic as without the involvement of DGOV some of the discussions we had there would have lacked appropriate information provided by DGOV.
It was proposed that the best way forward would be:
- To produce a comprehensive description of all the requirements (RD, C3S, research projects).
  - This can be done as a structured/commented catalogue of links to existing data (SEAS5 in class=OD and C3S in class=C3)
