The dynamic points shown together with the fixed reporting points on the reporting point layer of the mapviewer are defined as described in CEMS-Flood reporting points and dynamic point generation algorithm.
In GloFAS v4, only cells with an upstream drainage area greater than 500km2 are considered in the dynamic point algorithm, and cells with smaller drainage area can not become reporting points. The flood summary layers (GloFAS Flood Summary) and the 5- and 20-year probability layers (GloFAS Threshold Level Exceedance), however, show information for all cels with an upstream area greater than 250km2.
