Users feedback is crucial to improve the overall performance of the system and it is vital in developing the service to make it even more applicable and tailormade to the needs of the users.
In order to improve the quality of GloFAS forecasts, users are encouraged to provide us with feedback in case there is, e.g. a missed event or false alarm suspected, or in case of any other issue with the GloFAS-IS, both on the web page as well as in the Map Viewer. Using the GloFAS contact form to get in touch with the GloFAS team is the most efficient way of reaching out.
In addition to the described way of providing feedback, all users are also requested to fill in the GloFAS annual survey that is sent out at the beginning of each year to collect valuable insight into the usability of the service and products.
Users can sign-up for the GloFAS mailing list using the GloFAS contact form and stating “I would like to sign-up for the GloFAS mailing list” together with their name, surname and email to make sure that they receive all relevant information on GloFAS.
