Euro-CORDEX RCMs do not represent explicitly the ocean component. Sea surface temperature and sea ice cover information is extracted from the driving GCMs. So Euro-CORDEX can not provide high-resolution ocean variables. But can provide atmosphere variables above the sea in needed. Outside this, other initiatives can provide ocean regional projections such as Med-CORDEX (www.medcordex.eu) for the Mediterranean Sea and CORDEX-Arctic for the Arctic Ocean
