Specific humidity archiving is required at the moment only on model levels. On height and pressure level relative humidity is required. Is it correct?

Yes, that is what we have proposed so far, unless there are strong reasons to have both (=wasteful). RH is say more user friendly whereas model levels are more for the experts.
